Tempera painting on MDF panel, mounted on a wooden frame
 In creating this piece, my aim was to capture the immense scale and raw functionality of a naval vessel. I used tempera to provide a robust texture that reflects the ruggedness of maritime life.
 This work was created outdoors at the Brest shipyard in Brittany (France).
